Hi, I’m Tysen Ball, the founder and CEO of TRB Vending. My journey into entrepreneurship has been anything but easy. It started with nothing—living pay cheque to pay cheque, scraping together every extra dollar I could find to invest in my ideas. There were times when I barely got by, but I kept pushing forward, believing that with hard work and persistence, I could turn my ideas into successful businesses. And I did.

I began my career in the automotive and powersports industry, where I learned firsthand what it takes to build and scale a business. I worked my way up, gaining experience in operations, customer service, and business strategy. I helped grow a small startup into a multi-million-dollar enterprise, developing leadership skills and learning the importance of efficiency and problem-solving along the way.

From there, I became an Area Manager at Mr. Lube, overseeing multiple locations and ensuring smooth operations. Managing teams, optimizing performance, and strategizing for growth helped me refine my leadership abilities and reinforced my passion for business development.

But deep down, I always knew I wanted to create something of my own. That’s when I founded TRB Bullion. With no outside funding, I built the company from scratch, investing every penny I could to grow it. There were ups and downs—times when I wasn’t sure if it would work—but I never gave up. Through perseverance and strategic decision-making, TRB Bullion became a highly successful e-commerce business, generating over $1 million in sales within three years. The experience taught me resilience, adaptability, and the ability to navigate the unpredictable world of entrepreneurship.

Then came TRB Vending. I saw an opportunity to bring something new to the vending industry—a smarter, more innovative vending experience. I launched TRB Vending in Winnipeg, MB, with a vision to expand across Canada and eventually grow internationally. It started as just an idea, and once again, I poured everything I had into making it a reality. The journey was filled with challenges, setbacks, and lessons learned, but through it all, I built TRB Vending into a thriving company that provides smart vending solutions to businesses in high-traffic locations.

One of my greatest passions has always been helping others succeed. Whether it’s through mentorship, business opportunities, or simply sharing my experiences, I believe that success is meant to be shared. I know firsthand how tough the journey can be, and if my story can inspire even one person to chase their dreams, then every challenge I faced was worth it.

We don’t just sell snacks and drinks—we create an interactive vending experience with remote monitoring, touchscreen interfaces, and on-screen advertising that gives businesses a new way to connect with customers. Every risk, every struggle, and every lesson along the way has shaped me into the entrepreneur I am today.

Success isn’t just about having a great idea—it’s about execution, persistence, and the ability to keep going when things get tough. My journey has been full of highs and lows, but every challenge became a stepping stone toward something greater. The road wasn’t always smooth, but it gave me the life skills I needed to succeed. Now, I can look back and be proud of what I’ve built.
